This Privacy Policy explains how Growth Code Enterprises LLC (trading as Work With Sian) collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when you visit nailitandscale.com, purchase the Nail It & Scale It® product, or interact with us via email, forms or social media.
Information we collect
When you sign up for newsletters, purchase a product, use our contact or enquiry forms, or send us an email, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, billing address and telephone number. By visiting nailitandscale.com or purchasing the Nail It & Scale It® product, you consent to these Terms of Use. These terms are legally binding and it is your responsibility to read them before purchasing or accessing any content or products. You may use this site and its services for lawful purposes only.
The terms "we", "us", "our", "Work With Sian" and "WWS" refer to any trading brand name of Growth Code Enterprises LLC. The term the "Site" refers to nailitandscale.com and any associated domains and branded landing pages. The terms "user", "you" and "your" refer to site visitors, customers and any other users of the site.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be 18 years or older to access and use the Site and must have the requisite power and authority to enter into a contract. The Site is governed by English law. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of associated landing pages and social channels. By using the Site or ordering a product, you agree to these Terms without modification and acknowledge that you have read them.
The product
Nail It & Scale It® is a digital product comprising 21 lead generation strategy guides, a Trello board template, supporting templates (10-10-10 Growth Plan, Value Ladder, Business Model, Marketing KPI Dashboard, Sales Revenue Forecast) and the bonuses described on the sales page (Sales Scripts & Nurturing Process, and Authoritative Sales Training + Playbook). Access is delivered digitally on completion of a successful payment.
Subject to acceptance
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
No warranty / no income guarantee
Whilst every care is taken to ensure information on the Site and inside the product is correct, no warranty or representation is given as to its quality, accuracy, fitness for purpose, usefulness or completeness. Information relating to marketing, sales, small business and coaching is advisory only and can change. WWS makes every effort to accurately represent the value of the product. There is no guarantee that you will earn money or achieve any specific result. When sales figures, case studies or client testimonials are used, they are examples and should not be construed as a guarantee, promise or expectation. Your results are determined by your efforts, experience, pace and market conditions outside our control. Running a business carries risk; it is up to you to bear that risk and use the information, tools and advice at your own discretion.
Copyright and intellectual property
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the content of the Site and the Nail It & Scale It® product — including text, graphics, training videos, templates, the Trello board, marks, logos and brands — belong to Growth Code Enterprises LLC or its licensors. The product is licensed to you for personal use in your own business only. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the materials, in whole or in part, in any form. You may not share login or access details with any third party.
Trademarks
The following are trademarks owned by Sian Lenegan, Work With Sian and/or Growth Code Enterprises LLC: The Growth Code® (UK00003536654), Three Halves Method® (UK00003560850), Clients Like Clockwork® (UK00003540970), Nail It & Scale It® (UK00003966784) and Founder Freedom Code® (UK00004217259). This is public notice of ownership of the trademarks, copyrights, brand names and logos, which will be safeguarded from infringement to the fullest extent of the law.
Website access
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Site, or from any error or omission in information contained within it. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site or the services provided through it, including your access. Links to other websites are included for convenience only and we accept no responsibility for their content.
Order confirmations
We will email you to confirm placement of your order and to provide access details. From time to time these emails fall into spam or promotions folders — it is your responsibility to whitelist our domain. If there is an error in any order or access email, please contact us as soon as possible.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WWS, its officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from misuse of or conduct on this Site and/or breach of these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to make adjustments and changes to these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Service following changes constitutes acceptance.
Refund Policy
Nail It & Scale It® is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be confident investing in the system, and we stand behind the value it delivers when you do the work.
30-day money-back guarantee
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you have genuinely worked through the system and do not feel you received value, you may request a refund of the $21 purchase price. To be eligible, you must demonstrate diligent application, testing and genuine effort in implementing the content. Required documentation for refund consideration includes evidence of the work you've done inside the Trello board — for example your completed Goal Map, Revenue Forecast, snapshot of your assets and notes on the strategies you have tested.
How to request a refund
Email hello@workwithsian.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase with the subject line "NISI Refund Request" and your order receipt attached. Refund requests received after the 30-day window will not be eligible and all payments become non-refundable after this period.
How refunds are processed
Once your entitlement to a refund has been established, we will promptly instruct our payment processor (ThriveCart / Stripe) to issue the refund. We do not control the payment processor's timeline and cannot expedite the process — refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Effect of a refund
Where a refund is granted, all licences to use the Nail It & Scale It® materials are immediately terminated. You are required to cease using the materials and destroy all copies, including but not limited to: video recordings, audio recordings, templates, slide decks, the Trello board copy in your workspace, any membership or community access, and any other resources provided as part of the product or its bonuses.
Discretion
All refunds are at the Company's discretion. Refunds may be withheld where there is evidence of abuse of this policy, including repeated purchases and refunds of the same product or material redistribution.
